MS TCDC Dar es Salaam is a part of ActionAid Tanzania, and offers development and capacity training using unique methods in the following sense:

1. Youth to youth - and participatory facilitation
2. Fieldtrip (s)
3. Learning by doing approaches

 The course will focus on the following skills:

• Idea generation, innovation and creative thinking toward reaching a solution. Skills to think out of the box!  
• Learn to communicate ones ideas
• Business-, process- and action planning
• Get a clear feeling of what you want to change and how you will get there
• Through group work during the course, the participant will learn how to be a team player.
• Motivate others to take action.
• Understanding stakeholders in the SE field and understanding of their role as social change agent.
