Description of Work:

·        Supervise production line operation in accordance with policies and procedures.

·        Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employees training, employees’ vacations, employees’ breaks, overtime assignments and back-up plan for absent employees.

·        Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.

·        Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis

·        Schedule and conduct shift meetings.

·        Communicate with other Shift Supervisors, Plant Manager and, Operations Manager.

·        Have over sight responsible for the entire manufacturing operation on 2nd shift and that includes, Pouch Department, Press Department, Slitting and Rewind Departments, QA Department and the Warehouse.
