Ms. Bennhammouche is the IFAD Country Portfolio Manager for Eritrea and Mauritius.

Ms. Benhamouche has worked for more than 15 years in conflict & post-conflict countries (Burundi, Eritrea and Rwanda). Although her formal training is in agricultural engineering and pastoralism, she is IFAD's specialist in conflict prevention and post-conflict reconstruction.
She is a national of both Algeria and Australia.
