Donald B. Eardley George was brought to AMISTAD America, Inc. by the United States Church of Christ in 2004. George has been teaching the story of the Amistad Incident of 1839 to throngs of people throughout the United States, Canada and Bermuda. He is especially connected to the Amistad story because the Amistad captives were his own Sierra Leonean countrymen. George makes history a reality through his original storytelling and educational workshops.
