Robtel is one of twelve Scott fellows in the Scott family Liberia fellowship. A program that was instituted to boost Liberia capacity building process. The Idea has been to get young professionals, both Liberians and non Liberians, to work in ministries to improve the human resource capacity of personnel. And Robtel is one of those fortunate to work directly in the president's office.
The Fellowship is funded by Ed Scott who is an American billionaire. He is also on the board of the Center for Global Development. Robtel and the other Scott fellows get paid from Scott endowment.
Robtel started the fellowship in July 2007. At the time she had just graduated from graduate school at the University of Oxford
