Chobe has the most variation of wildlife, with many elephants and graving animals. The Savuti Marshes provide habitat for great water birds. Go in the afternoon, when it is coolest and the animals are the most active. Do not try to visit from January to March, as excessive flooding often keeps the area closed. Trips typically cost $150 per person each day. AfroTrek is one of the best companies in the area that runs organized trips at a reliable cost.
