Description of Work:

Have conducted feasibility studies and assessments of numerous business incubation programs in the US, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. Have trained incubator managers, early stage technology entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking to become venture investors.

We have a team of consultants with extensive experience in the ICT industry; clean technology; and tech transfer and commercialization. We work with private companies, universities, financial institutions, government organizations and NGOs designing programs and helping them understand both entrepreneurial needs and investor needs and how to provide an environment conducive to growth of technology business.

Our team members have also worked in Latin America, Russia and the Former Soviet Union, UK, and Asia.

 

Twenty years in technology business incubation and start-up and management of ICT companies including AuthX, Inc., SpeakEZ, Inc., LaJolla Design, etc. Served as advisor to hundreds of early stage technology companies seeking financing, preparing them to seek out and meet venture investors, and angels. Established several business incubation and entrepreneur support programs including Rutgers Business Innovation Center and New Jersey Entrepreneurs Forum. Recent public sector clients include EBRD, New Jersey Commission on Science and Technology, World Bank and various cities establishing incubation programs.
