Progress In Education, Inc. (P.I.E) is a charitable organization formed in August 2000 to advance education and learning in Ghana, and to promote cross-cultural understanding between the United States and Ghana. P.I.E is incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c) (3) of the United States of America Internal Revenue Code.

P.I.E
In today’s globally interconnected world, the need for cross-cultural understanding has become very important. P.I.E accomplishes its charitable and educational mission by:

- Sponsoring educational outreach in the United States
- Making grants to secondary schools in Ghana
- Providing computers, library books, science/laboratory equipment and teaching aid to schools in Ghana
- conducting exchange programs for American and Ghanaian high school students and teachers.
