Founded in 1984, NPI-Africa is a peace resource organization based in Nairobi, Kenya. Its mission is to serve as resource and facilitator in the transformation of conflicts and peacebuilding in Africa. Its strategies include direct initiation of processes, capacity building and accompaniment of other organizations, individuals, communities and processes of peacebuilding. NPI-Africa also creates spaces for reflection, documentation and dissemination of ideas, lessons and issues emerging from the conflict context and peacebuilding practice.
