Organization Details
SAEP's objectives are to contribute to the empowerment of individuals, organisations, and communities in a wide range of activities involving the human and natural environments in Southern Africa. Priority areas include capacity-building in environmental law, policy and management; support for environmental NGOs and CBOs in projects and programs involving environmental protection and sustainable use of the natural environment; identification and training of environmental leaders; environmental job creation; environmental advocacy; and exchanges between educational institutions and NGOs in Southern Africa and the United States.
