According to the legend, the islands of the moon are protect the love of Salomon and the Queen of Saba.  In a hidden corner on the Comoros Island, Soubira and  Laïla, two adolescents, search for their place in an country agited over and over by volcanic eruptions from Karthala and political repression and violence. Driven by their hope to renew the purity of ancient times when the islands were still inhabited by Djinns, these two characters decide to devote themselves to the rebirth of their country.  Kari the most determined of the two however meets a tragic fate on their journey.
