The Savage Night is a collection of thirteen haunting stories by one of the founding fathers of North African literature, Mohammed Dib. Depicting senseless violence from present-day Algeria to Latin America to Paris, Dib shows the brutality in war, colonialism, and present-day liberation struggles.
