There are quite a few airplanes that fly into Guinea directly including Air France, KLM, Aeroflot, and Ghana Airways. Most planes connect from European cities (Amsterdam, Brussels, Paries or perhaps Zurich). There are a couple options when navigating through the country. There are privately run buses, which are relatively comfortable and cheaper than mini-buses, but have a notorious reputation of unreliability as the buses constantly break down. The other option is to travel through towns in bush mini-buses. They are relatively cheap and effective, but beware though - the roads are bad and the drivers are even worse.
